Gloria
Gloria is a wonderful person who I am proud to call my aunt. She is an inspiration to me because she is always willing to put others before herself, no matter what the situation may be.
Gloria has only one child, a son named Mike. Mike was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis one year after he got married, at the age of twenty-five. The MS has caused him to be bed and
chair ridden. But, even though Gloria lives two hours away from him and his wife, she is constantly finding ways to help and do great things for her son. For Mike's 40th birthday,
Gloria wanted to go above and beyond for her son. She planned a trip for him to attend the Daytona International Speedway, which had been a dream of his for many years.
Gloria is very supportive of our family in more ways then I can count. She gathers our family together yearly, so that we can all participate in the MS walk; She's the
official cake baker for all of the special occasions in our family; She took care of my grandma when she was sick. After her passing, Gloria made quilts and pillows out of
Grandma's scraps so that we all could have something to remember her by.
She is so much fun to hang out with and no matter what you need she is always there for me and the rest of our family. She is active in the community and her church. She is
a Harley riding woman who loves life and her family and would give you the shirt off her back. Thanks are just not enough to show how important she is to our family and me. She
is truly our gift from God.
